Water Inlet Valve Assembly

This model utilizes a complex multi-solenoid valve to manage the Load & Go dispenser and the built-in pretreat faucet. Mechanical failure of the solenoid coils or internal calcium buildup in the screens prevents water from entering the drum. Replacing the entire assembly ensures all fill paths (hot, cold, and dispensing) are restored.

Lid Lock Assembly

The WTW7120 logic requires a confirmed lid lock before initiating the high-flow fill sequence for safety and sensing. If the magnetic strike or the internal solenoid in the lock fails, the washer will remain in 'Sensing' mode indefinitely or fault out without opening the water valves.

Water Level Pressure Sensor

The pressure sensor (transducer) monitors the air pressure in the dome tube to determine water depth. If the sensor fails 'high' (closed circuit or high voltage return), the control board assumes the tub is already full of water and will skip the fill cycle entirely to prevent an overflow.
