Drain Pump Assembly

The drain pump's internal mechanical seal often fails due to friction or small debris bypassing the filter. This results in water escaping through the pump housing or motor shaft, dripping directly onto the floor from the bottom of the cabinet. It is the most common source of non-centralized puddling under this model.

Tub Seal

Located at the base of the drive shaft, this seal prevents water from exiting the outer tub. If compromised by detergent buildup or wear, water will leak down the center of the drive assembly, often leaving a tell-tale spray pattern or rust on the rotor and stator components.

Water Inlet Valve

This model features a built-in faucet and high-pressure fill. Hairline cracks in the valve body or a loose internal connection to the Load & Go dispenser can cause water to track down the inner rear cabinet wall, pooling at the bottom and mimicking a tub leak.
