Defrost Drain Tube Grommet

This is the revised OEM part designed to prevent the 'duckbill' valve from sticking shut. The original valve often clogs with biofilm or freezes, causing defrost water to overflow the internal drain pan and freeze on the freezer floor.

Defrost Drain Heater Clip

This aluminum probe attaches to the defrost heater and extends into the drain hole. It transfers thermal energy directly into the drain port to ensure the initial exit point does not freeze over during the defrost cycle.

Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve

If the ice is localized directly under the icemaker rather than a uniform sheet across the bottom, a weeping inlet valve may be allowing water to drip and freeze between cycles.
