This upgraded assembly features improved gear geometry and a revised locking lever to ensure consistent tension on the filament. It addresses the mechanical inability to push filament through the toolhead during minor resistance events.

Ceramic Heating Block Kit

Blockages occurring 'below the extruder' are typically located within the heatbreak or the ceramic heater core. If heat creep has occurred, filament often melts and adheres to the internal walls of the throat, creating a permanent restriction. Replacing the entire block ensures a clean thermal path and restores the integrity of the heatbreak's polished internal surface.

Hardened Steel Nozzle (0.4mm)

Partial clogs within the nozzle orifice from particulate contamination or burnt filament residue increase back-pressure on the extruder. This back-pressure slows the volumetric flow rate, allowing heat to soak further up the filament strand (heat creep), eventually leading to the total 'Max V' jam described.
