The plastic mounting bosses inside the handle commonly strip or degrade due to the high-frequency vibrations inherent in CoreXY motion. This part replaces the interface where the screws seat, ensuring a tight fit against the glass door. It is the standard service component for handle-related instability.

M3x10mm Socket Head Cap Screws (2pcs)

The original fasteners may have insufficient thread engagement or lack mechanical thread-locking compound, leading to gradual loosening from thermal cycling and vibration. Replacing the screws with fresh hardware allows for the application of a low-strength thread locker to prevent future back-out.

Handle Gasket/Spacer Set

Thin rubber or silicone spacers between the handle and the glass act as vibration dampeners and prevent the plastic-to-glass interface from slipping. If these are missing or compressed, the handle will feel loose even if the screws are tight.
