Vista V2 Rear Wheel Assembly
The squeaking originates from friction within the internal sealed ball bearings or between the axle and the hub interface. Over time, environmental contaminants penetrate the bearing seals, causing the internal grease to desicate and leading to metal-on-metal resonance during rotation. Replacing the entire wheel assembly is necessary as the bearings are integrated into the polyurethane and rim structure and cannot be serviced independently.
