Carburetor Float Needle and Seat Kit
The float needle acts as a shut-off valve for the fuel system; when it fails to seat properly due to wear or debris, gasoline continues to flow from the tank into the carburetor bowl. This causes the bowl to overflow, sending raw fuel into the air intake and soaking the air filter. Replacing the needle and seat restores the mechanical seal required to stop fuel flow once the float reaches the appropriate level.
