Motor Controller
The controller is the primary logic unit that converts DC battery power to 3-phase AC for the motor. Internal failure of the power MOSFETs or degradation of the thermal paste can cause the unit to enter a protection mode, cutting power to the motor to prevent catastrophic overheating or circuit failure.

Battery Mounting Bracket and Connector
On RadRunner models, the physical connection between the battery pack and the mounting cradle can develop play over time. Physical vibrations or bumps cause the discharge pins to momentarily disconnect, which interrupts the 48V power rail and causes the motor to cut out as the system attempts to stabilize or reboot.

Brake Lever with Integrated Inhibitor Switch
The bike uses a safety circuit that inhibits motor operation when the brakes are applied. If the internal micro-switch or Hall effect sensor within the brake lever assembly becomes misaligned or the return spring weakens, the system will intermittently detect a braking event, causing the controller to immediately cease power delivery to the motor.
