Clean Water Tank Mesh Filter

This is the primary intake point for the clean water circuit. Over time, minerals from tap water and biological growth form a non-permeable layer over the mesh, causing the pump to cavitate or trigger a 'no water' error despite a full tank.

Base Station Cleaning Tray

The cleaning tray contains integrated mesh filters designed to trap debris washed from the mop pads. If these filters are saturated with sediment and hair, the dirty water pump cannot evacuate the fluid, leading to a system-reported 'clog' or base station flood.

Base Station Internal Water Pump

If filters are intact but flow is absent, the internal diaphragm pump has likely suffered from mechanical stiction. This occurs when concentrated cleaning solutions crystallize inside the pump's internal check valves, preventing the diaphragm from creating the necessary vacuum to prime the lines.
