Fuel Pump Diaphragm Repair Kit

The elastomer diaphragm within the lift pump loses its structural integrity due to chemical degradation from ethanol fuel. This prevents the pump from translating crankcase pressure pulses into sufficient fuel lift, causing the engine to stall once the initial prime is consumed. Replacing the diaphragm restores the vacuum seal required for continuous fuel delivery.

Mechanical Fuel Pump Assembly
