Water Inlet Valve Assembly
The water inlet valve uses electromagnetic solenoids to pull a plunger and open a rubber diaphragm. Over time, sediment or mineral deposits can physically block the internal pilot holes or the solenoids can suffer an open-circuit failure in the windings. Replacing the valve restores the electromechanical path for water to enter the tub.

Water Level Pressure Switch
This component monitors the air pressure in a tube connected to the outer tub to determine the water level. If the internal diaphragm of the switch fails or the contacts are stuck in the 'full' position, the control board will never send the signal to the inlet valves to begin the fill process.

Pressure Transducer Hose
A kinked, pinched, or debris-clogged pressure hose can trap air against the sensor. This creates a false pressure reading that tricks the machine into 'thinking' it is already at the target water level, preventing the fill cycle from initiating.
