The flexible flat cable (FFC) connecting the Wi-Fi module to the Main PCB is often folded or routed under tension during assembly. Over time, thermal expansion of the OLED panel can cause micro-fractures in the traces or cause the pins to unseat, breaking the data path between the network hardware and the processor.

If replacing the module and cable fails, the issue typically lies within the SoC (System on Chip) or the voltage regulator on the Main PCB that provides the 3.3V or 5V rail to the Wi-Fi module. This is the final step if the peripheral bus is unresponsive.
