Safety Key

The safety key completes a low-voltage logic loop necessary for the motor controller to engage the brushless motor. If the key is not fully seated, or if the internal contacts have oxidized, the controller will emit a diagnostic beep to indicate the safety circuit is open. This prevents the mower from initiating the startup sequence.

Start Switch Box Assembly

This assembly contains the momentary start button and the interface for the bail handle. Internal micro-switch failure or wire fatigue at the handle's pivot point prevents the 'start' signal from reaching the MCU, which responds with a beep to signify an incomplete startup command sequence.

80V 4Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

If a battery cell group has drifted out of balance or the BMS (Battery Management System) detects a communication error on the data terminal, the mower will beep and fail to engage. This occurs when the controller cannot verify the battery's discharge capability during the initial handshake.
