72V 60A Motor Controller
The motor controller is the central power management unit that converts DC battery power into 3-phase AC for the motors. Internal failure of the MOSFET power stage due to high-amperage heat saturation causes the unit to trigger a safety cutout to protect the electrical system. Replacing the assembly restores the integrity of the power switching logic and heat dissipation capabilities.

EY3 LCD Throttle/Display
The display unit houses the logic board that communicates with the controllers via a serial protocol. If the communication line (RX/TX) or the internal hall sensor for the throttle trigger degrades, the system will throw a communication error and cut power to the motors as a fail-safe mechanism.

External Battery Connector (Main XT90/Harness)
High-resistance junctions at the main battery-to-controller connector can cause localized heat and significant voltage drops under high-load acceleration. This voltage 'sag' at the junction can fool the controller logic into initiating a low-voltage cutout, erroneously reporting a system error.
