DJI Mini 3 Pro Propeller Pair
Centrifugal force during flight causes minor plastic deformations in the blades to expand. If a propeller has been slightly bent during storage, it will strike the arm or the other propeller in its pair, causing a torque spike that the ESC interprets as a physical obstruction, resulting in a motor shutdown to protect the windings.

CW/CCW Brushless Motor
Ingress of ferromagnetic particulate or sand into the extremely tight gap between the motor's permanent magnets and the stator coils creates friction. This mechanical load prevents the motor from reaching the starting torque required for the ESC to establish a zero-crossing position for the rotor, triggering the 'Motor Blocked' error.

Replacement Gimbal Protector
If the clear plastic gimbal clamp is left on during power-up, the gimbal's brushless motors will stall while attempting their self-calibration sweep. The flight controller's diagnostic suite often reports this as a generic motor obstruction error because the gimbal motor is unable to reach its indexed home position.
