Clean Water Tank Assembly

The clean water tank is a primary failure point due to structural stress and material fatigue. If the tank body has developed hairline fractures or has warped from the use of excessively hot water (above 140°F), the interface between the tank and the machine base will no longer maintain a liquid-tight seal, regardless of valve condition.

Clean Water Tank Cap and Insert

This component contains the spring-loaded plunger and rubber gasket responsible for sealing the clean water supply. Over time, the internal spring can fatigue or the gasket can become brittle or displaced by chemical interactions with non-approved cleaning formulas, causing the tank to leak fluid through the gravity-fed port even when not in use.

Dirty Water Tank Assembly

Leaking from the dirty tank side is typically caused by a failure of the gasket seal at the lid or the float stack mechanism. If the float becomes stuck or the lid is not fully seated into the tank grooves, water will bypass the collection chamber and leak from the exhaust ports or the base of the tank during operation.
