Revised Heatbed Replacement Unit

The original heatbed cable lacked adequate strain relief at the connection point to the printer base, leading to acute bending and conductor fatigue. This mechanical stress causes the internal copper strands to fracture or the insulation to rupture during Y-axis movement. The revised replacement unit features a reinforced cable root and improved strain relief geometry to prevent the bend radius from being exceeded.

A1 Heatbed Cable Protector

This is a preventative mechanical shroud designed to restrict the bending angle of the cable at its exit point from the base. By acting as an external strain relief, it distributes mechanical loads over a wider area of the cable jacket. It is the primary fix for units where the internal conductors have not yet suffered fatigue or insulation compromise.
