AMS Lite Filament Feeder Unit
This unit contains the drive motor and dual-gear assembly responsible for pushing filament. Overload errors are frequently caused by internal debris (filament dust) increasing friction in the gear train or a displaced motor pin that causes the gears to bind, exceeding the torque limits of the stepper driver.

AMS Lite Hub
The Hub is the 4-to-1 manifold located atop the toolhead. It contains a spring-loaded slider mechanism; if this spring becomes bent, misaligned, or contaminated with particulate, it fails to retract fully, creating a physical bottleneck that the AMS Lite motor cannot overcome, resulting in a reported overload.

AMS Lite PTFE Tube Set
Over time, the internal diameter of the PTFE tubing can develop 'grooving' or heat-related deformation at the entry/exit points. This increased surface friction forces the assist motor to work harder to overcome the kinetic resistance of the filament, eventually reaching the threshold for a motor overload error.
