Supercharger Clutch Assembly

The factory sprag clutch is designed to allow the supercharger to overrun the engine during deceleration to prevent gear stripping. Over time, the internal rollers and springs lose tension or the outer race deforms, causing 'slip' where the impeller fails to reach target RPM under load. This specific part replaces the entire rotational slip-mechanism to restore full boost pressure.

Supercharger Damper Gear

The damper gear works in conjunction with the clutch to absorb harmonic vibrations from the crankshaft. When the clutch slips, it often generates excessive heat that degrades the rubber or mechanical interface of the damper, necessitating a dual replacement to ensure rotational stability.
