Trim Cylinder End Cap Seal Kit

The trim rams are the most active components in the hydraulic assembly and are subject to constant salt-water exposure and mechanical abrasion. The integrated wiper seals eventually fail due to UV degradation and scoring from salt deposits, leading to visible hydraulic fluid leakage at the cylinder neck. This kit replaces the entire housing and internal seals to ensure a pressure-tight interface with the ram.

Tilt Cylinder Seal Kit

While the trim rams fail more frequently, the larger central tilt cylinder can leak if the motor is stored in the 'up' position for extended periods, exposing the main piston rod to the elements. Corrosion on the rod surface can tear the main cylinder seal during retraction. This kit contains the specific O-rings and backup rings required to reseal the primary lifting piston.

Manual Release Valve O-Ring Kit

The manual release screw, used to lower the motor without power, is a common secondary leak site. The small O-rings on this valve stem can flatten or crack over time due to thermal cycling and pressure spikes within the manifold, causing fluid to weep from the side of the mounting bracket.
