Optical Laser Lens Pickup (HOP-B150)

The HOP-B150 is the standard laser pickup for Xbox One disc drives. Over time, the laser diode loses the ability to focus correctly on the disc's data layer, leading to 'Open Tray' or 'Unrecognized Disc' errors even if the disc is clean. Replacing just the lens solves the reading issue without requiring a full drive swap, which avoids the need to transfer the encrypted daughterboard.

Optical Drive Lens Cleaning Disc

Small particles of dust or hair can accumulate on the lens surface due to the console's internal airflow. This kit uses fine bristles to physically remove debris from the lens as it spins. It is the most common non-invasive fix for general troubleshooting before hardware disassembly is considered.

Replacement Internal Optical Drive Assembly

If the drive makes a grinding noise or fails to pull the disc in consistently, the mechanical rollers or the spindle motor have failed. This complete assembly includes the motor, laser, and mechanical frame. Note: The original logic board must be swapped into the new drive to maintain the console's security pairing.
