Xbox Elite Series 2 Bumper Button Assembly
The bumper buttons on the Elite Series 2 are connected by a thin plastic bridge that acts as a torsion spring. A 'stuck' button is almost always the result of this plastic bridge snapping or deforming, which removes the tension needed to push the button back out after a press. Replacing the entire plastic bumper trim restores the structural integrity and mechanical travel of the input.
