The MultiPlus-II architecture is sensitive to DC bus ripple, which is often caused by high impedance in the DC supply path. If battery cables are undersized or have poor terminations, the inverter's high-frequency switching creates voltage fluctuations that the control logic misinterprets as an AC overload condition. Replacing standard or undersized cables with 70mm² (or larger) low-impedance conductors reduces this ripple and prevents nuisance tripping of the overload protection circuit.
