Sanwa JLF 2lb Tension Spring

The centering tension of the lever is controlled by a single compression spring. A 'loose' feel is mathematically caused by the spring failing to provide enough restorative force to return the actuator to a neutral position against the microswitches. Replacing the stock 0.9lb spring with a 2lb version restores the snap-back velocity and eliminates mechanical dead-zone play.

Because the Victrix Pro FS features a detachable shaft, the primary point of mechanical failure for 'wobble' is the coupling interface. If the spring-loaded collar or the internal locking lugs lose their tolerance fit, the shaft will exhibit radial play regardless of the internal spring tension. Replacing the shaft assembly restores the rigid connection between the user interface and the lever base.

Shin-Etsu G-40M Silicone Grease

The lever relies on a nylon pivot rotating within a socket. Over time, the factory-applied silicone grease migrates or dries out, increasing the clearance (slop) between these components. Re-applying the high-viscosity damping grease fills the microscopic gaps in the pivot assembly, providing a smoother, 'tighter' feel during 360-degree rotations.
