Carburetor Needle and Seat Kit

This kit contains the vital sealing components that regulate fuel intake into the carburetor bowl. The needle's Viton tip often degrades due to ethanol exposure, preventing it from stopping fuel flow once the float reaches the target height. Replacing the needle and cleaning the seat restores the electromechanical buoyancy-based fuel shutoff.

Carburetor Assembly

If the carburetor seat is pitted or has internal corrosion from stale fuel, a needle replacement alone will fail to stop the leak. A complete assembly ensures that the internal fuel galleries, float geometry, and non-removable seat are all within factory specification to prevent hydrostatic fuel migration.
