Sump Seal Repair Kit

This kit is the manufacturer's specific remedy for leaks occurring at the interface between the plastic sump and the stainless steel tub. The original gasket often loses its compression set over time, allowing water to seep into the base pan and trigger the AquaStop float. This kit allows for a supplemental seal to be installed without replacing the entire sump assembly.

Water Inlet Valve

A mechanical failure of the internal solenoid diaphragm can prevent the valve from seating fully, leading to a slow drip or 'weeping' even when the unit is off. This water eventually overflows the internal reservoir or fills the base pan, activating the leak protection sensor.

Door Gasket (Lower or Perimeter)

Physical degradation, food debris buildup, or compression set of the rubber gasket prevents a watertight seal during the wash cycle. High-pressure spray arm oscillation can force water past a compromised seal, where it travels down the outer tub wall directly into the dry base pan.
