Integrated Battery Seat Assembly

The internal Battery Management System (BMS) has entered a 'hard-lock' protection mode due to cell voltages dropping below the safety floor. In the Z1 model, the battery and BMS are integrated into the seat unit and are not officially serviceable at the component level. This lock-out prevents the charger from initiating the CC/CV (Constant Current/Constant Voltage) cycle, resulting in a persistent green light.

Internal failure of the charger's secondary side or output sensing circuit can result in the unit failing to transition from 'Standby' (Green) to 'Charge' (Red). If the charger cannot detect the battery's potential or provide the initial 'wake-up' current, it will remain in a green state regardless of battery health.
