Spark Arrestor Screen

The spark arrestor screen in the muffler frequently becomes occluded with carbon deposits from the oil-fuel mixture. At full throttle, the increased volume of exhaust gases cannot pass through the restricted mesh, creating excessive backpressure that prevents the engine from reaching high RPMs. Replacing or cleaning this screen restores the necessary volumetric efficiency for full power.

Valve Adjustment Kit (Feeler Gauge and Gasket)

As a 4-MIX engine, the BR600 requires periodic valve lash adjustments; if the valves do not open sufficiently due to excessive clearance, the engine will starve for air/fuel or fail to exhaust properly at high speeds. This kit allows for the recalibration of the intake and exhaust valves to factory specifications.

Zama Carburetor Rebuild Kit
