Internal Headband Interconnect Cable
The internal wiring harness or ribbon cable that routes through the headband is subjected to constant tension and torsion during ear cup adjustment and rotation. Over time, the delicate copper conductors inside the cable fatigue and fracture at the hinge pivot point.
