LCD Panel Assembly

Persistent single-pixel lines (vertical or horizontal) that appear across all inputs and the home menu are typically caused by internal failures of the gate drivers or the bonding of the Chip-on-Film (COF) to the glass. This is a non-repairable defect within the panel's layers, necessitating a full replacement of the display cell.

T-Con Board (Timing Controller)

The T-Con board translates the Main Board's video signal into the specific row/column voltages for the panel. A failure in the timing logic or a shorted capacitor on this board can result in vertical bands, flickering lines, or screen-wide graphical artifacts.

LVDS Internal Ribbon Cable Kit

Oxidation or thermal expansion can cause the high-density flex cables between the Main Board and T-Con, or T-Con and Panel, to lose contact. This results in missing data lines which manifest as vertical colored lines or 'ghosting' on the display.
