Replacement Charging Base
The charging base is an integrated assembly containing the AC-to-DC power supply and the contact ring. When the speaker charges via USB-C but not on the dock, the failure is isolated to the base's internal conversion circuitry or the physical contact pins. Replacing the entire base assembly is the only service-level resolution for this failure mode.
