CVT Cooling System Kit

The 850 E-TEC engine generates significant torque that leads to engine mount deflection and subsequent clutch misalignment. This kit improves airflow over the pDrive and QRS clutches to dissipate heat and maintain belt structural integrity under heavy mountain-riding loads.

Performance Drive Belt

This specific belt utilizes a high-modulus cord and a specific rubber compound designed to withstand the higher operating temperatures of the 850 E-TEC. Standard belts often fail ('shred') because they cannot handle the frictional heat generated by the pDrive clutch's clamping force during high-altitude climbs.

QRS Clutch Shim Kit
