iBR Actuator Assembly
This module is a sealed electromechanical unit containing the motor, lead screw, and position-sensing electronics. Failure usually occurs when the internal motor or control board suffers from thermal fatigue or water intrusion, rendering the unit unresponsive to CAN-bus commands. Because the unit is factory-sealed to maintain marine waterproofing, individual sub-components are not sold separately and the entire assembly must be replaced.
