Resistance Sensor Assembly
The resistance sensor tracks the physical position of the magnets relative to the flywheel via the adjustment knob. If the sensor's internal resistance element wears out or shifts, it sends erratic voltage signals that fall outside the expected calibration parameters defined in the console's firmware. Replacing this sensor restores the linear feedback required for the console to map the 0-100 resistance scale accurately.
