LCD Panel Assembly
The root failure is a dielectric breakdown within the Thin Film Transistor (TFT) layers of the LCD glass. This creates a low-impedance short circuit that pulls down the main power rails during the initialization sequence. Replacing the entire panel assembly is the only definitive mechanical resolution for this internal manufacturing defect.

Main Logic Board
The Main Board hosts the Timing Controller (T-CON) logic which monitors panel feedback. While the board is often functional, it is the component that executes the 'restart' command after failing the Power-On Self-Test (POST) due to the panel short. It is replaced only if the panel short has back-fed and damaged the T-CON processing section.

Power Supply Unit (PSU)
The PSU performs as designed by cycling power when it detects an abnormal load. In rare instances, the secondary-side filtering capacitors or the Power Factor Correction (PFC) IC may fail, leading to unstable DC output that mimics a boot loop under the high-current draw of the backlight startup.
