The internal Battery Management System (BMS) has triggered a permanent software lockout. This safety mechanism is designed to disable the pack when it detects a cell imbalance or an undervoltage condition that could lead to lithium plating or thermal instability. Once the logic board sets this internal 'defective' flag, the electromechanical path between the cells and the terminals is permanently severed via the discharge MOSFETs.
