10 Amp ATM Mini Blade Fuse

The 10A fuse acts as a sacrificial link in the charging circuit to protect the lithium-ion cells from overcurrent. In this specific model, the fuse commonly blows due to a mechanical short-circuit caused by inserting a metal key or charger at an angle into the charging port. Replacing this fuse restores the electrical continuity required for the BMS to accept a charge.

30 Amp ATO/ATC Blade Fuse

While the 10A fuse handles the charging side, the 30A/40A fuse protects the discharge path to the motor controller. If the bike fails to power on entirely despite a charged battery, the discharge fuse has likely suffered a thermal overload or a short-circuit during high-torque operation. Replacing this component is necessary if the battery shows voltage at the cells but not at the mounting terminals.

Replacement Battery Charge Port

Repeated fuse failures often indicate that the plastic isolation within the DC barrel jack has carbonized or melted due to arcing. This degradation creates a permanent low-resistance path that will blow new fuses immediately upon installation. A new port assembly ensures proper dielectric separation between the positive and negative charging terminals.
