Nextruder Load Cell
The load cell is a precision transducer that measures micro-strains in the extruder assembly; internal fatigue or a failing Wheatstone bridge circuit causes erratic resistance fluctuations interpreted by the firmware as vibration. Replacing the load cell ensures the analog-to-digital converter receives a stable baseline signal for Z-axis probing. This part is the primary sensor responsible for the contact-force detection that failed during the self-test.
