Internal Console Cable (Wiring Harness)

This internal cable routes 24V DC power and data from the base Smart Card through the frame uprights to the console. It is highly susceptible to mechanical shearing or connector fatigue, particularly if the machine was recently moved or if the uprights were not perfectly aligned during assembly, leading to a loss of continuity to the screen.

Smart Card (Power Distribution Hub)

The Smart Card acts as the central power management board for the treadmill's peripherals. A failure in the onboard voltage regulator or a blown surface-mount fuse on this board will prevent power from being dispatched to the screen's rail even if the main treadmill base remains energized.

32-inch Touchscreen Console Assembly

If the internal cable and Smart Card are delivering stable 24V DC to the console input, the failure mode is likely an internal power management IC (PMIC) failure on the tablet's logic board or a failure of the backlight inverter. As the tablet is a sealed unit, the entire assembly is the standard replacement component.
