Console Assembly

The boot loop is caused by corruption in the Android system partition or NAND flash memory failure on the console's internal logic board. Because the operating system is unable to mount the required system files, the watchdog timer triggers a hard reset, creating a loop. Since the tablet is a sealed unit with proprietary firmware, the entire console assembly is the granular replacement required.

Motor Control Board (MCB)

A failing MCB can occasionally provide unstable DC voltage to the console via the data cable. If the voltage drops below the logic threshold during the high-current draw of the boot sequence, the tablet will cycle; however, this is statistically secondary to firmware corruption for this specific model.

Console Data Cable

Mechanical fatigue or a poor connection in the wiring harness running through the frame can cause intermittent data signal loss or power fluctuations. This could theoretically interrupt the boot sequence, though it typically results in a no-power state rather than a consistent boot loop.
