Steering Sensor Board Kit

This board utilizes Hall-effect sensors to monitor the magnetic field changes as the foot pedal cables move. When the sensors drift out of tolerance or the integrated circuit fails, the motor's Control Board loses the ability to track steering angle, resulting in a 'Sensor Fail' error or unresponsive steering. Replacing this board restores the feedback loop between the mechanical pedal input and the electronic steering actuator.

Main Foot Pedal Control Board

The main control board processes all inputs from the steering sensor and user switches. If the logic gate associated with the sensor input is damaged—often due to thermal stress or moisture ingress—the system will report a sensor failure even if the sensor itself is functional. This board is the secondary suspect if a new sensor board fails to resolve the communication error.

Steering Housing Motor Assembly

In cases where the steering 'freeze' is accompanied by noise, the internal gears or the steering motor itself may have suffered a mechanical bind.
