The flashing red and green light is the hardware diagnostic code for a compromised Battery Management System (BMS) or cell failure. This occurs when the internal logic board detects that one of the five cell strings is out of sync or physically damaged, rendering the pack unsafe for high-speed charging. Because the BMS and cell strings are a factory-sealed, calibrated unit, the entire battery pack must be replaced to restore the system's electrochemical integrity.
