M12 FUEL 3/8" Ratchet Anvil Service Kit

This kit contains the anvil, drive pawl, and spring mechanism which are the primary wear points. Failure occurs when the ratcheting teeth round off or shear due to excessive manual torque, causing the tool to 'slip' or skip under load. Replacing these components restores the mechanical lock necessary for torque application.

Yoke Housing Assembly

The yoke housing facilitates the reciprocating motion of the head. Over time, friction and heat can cause the internal races to wear down, leading to excessive play or a 'binding' sensation in the head during operation. This assembly is essential for converting the crankshaft's circular motion into the required oscillation.

Crankshaft and Needle Bearing Kit

If the motor spins but the ratchet head does not oscillate at all, the crankshaft pin has likely fractured. This failure is often caused by shock loading. Replacing the crankshaft restores the mechanical link between the planetary gearset and the ratchet head yoke.
