Dishwasher Non-Return Valve

The non-return valve sits directly above the pump impeller and is the first point of failure for drainage. If a foreign object bypasses the triple filter, it lodges in this valve, mechanically locking the pump impeller or preventing the flap from opening. Replacing this component ensures the hydraulic path is clear and prevents backflow from the drain hose.

Drain Pump Assembly

If the impeller is clear and the valve is functional, the synchronous motor in the drain pump has likely suffered an internal winding failure or lost magnetic torque. This prevents the pump from overcoming the head pressure of the water in the drain hose, resulting in a timeout error (F11) when the water level fails to drop within the programmed window.

Triple Filter Combination

A physical breach or extreme occlusion of the micro-mesh filter allows debris to enter the pump housing or prevents water from reaching the pump intake. This causes pump cavitation and an inability to create the vacuum necessary for evacuation, triggering the drainage fault code.
