Tracker Valve Diaphragm Kit

The tracker valve is a critical rubber diaphragm that separates the fuel and air plenums within the starboard fuel rail. When this diaphragm develops a tear or 'leak,' high-pressure fuel crosses into the air side, disrupting the required 10 PSI pressure differential and causing severe engine flooding or fouling. This kit replaces the failed membrane and internal spring to restore the mechanical seal.

Fuel Injector O-Ring Seal Kit

Direct injectors on the Optimax platform use specialized Viton O-rings to isolate the fuel rail from the air rail within the injector pocket. Over time, these seals can compress or degrade, allowing fuel to leak internally into the air rail. Replacing these seals is the primary corrective action when fuel is discovered in the air-side Schrader valve and the tracker valve is found intact.

Fuel Pressure Regulator Diaphragm Kit

Similar to the tracker valve, the fuel pressure regulator uses a diaphragm to manage system pressure by venting excess fuel. If this diaphragm ruptures, it creates an internal leak path where fuel can bypass the regulator's mechanical seat and enter the air rail. This component failure is often diagnosed when fuel pressure fails to hold for the 20-30 second window following pump deactivation.
