Drain Pump

Even though the drain pump's resistance (16.4 ohms) is within the normal operating range, the motor itself can be internally seized or have a mechanical failure that prevents the impeller from turning and producing any sound, even if power is supplied. This internal failure would prevent water drainage and trigger the 'LD' error and F32 code.

Obstruction in Drain Pump

Debris such as coins, lint, or small articles of clothing can jam the drain pump impeller, preventing it from spinning. While a severe obstruction might cause a humming sound as the motor attempts to operate, a complete blockage could prevent any audible operation, leading to the 'LD' error and F32 code due to the inability to drain.
