Drain Pump Motor Assembly
The drain pump is a centrifugal motor responsible for forcing water out of the drum. Over time, the internal seals can fail or the impeller can become detached from the motor shaft, preventing the unit from evacuating water within the control board's programmed timeframe. Replacing the pump assembly restores the mechanical force required to overcome head pressure in the drain line.

Drain Hose
A physical restriction or kink in the corrugated drain hose increases back-pressure on the pump. If the pump cannot overcome this resistance, the water level remains static, triggering the OE code. This part is the primary external path for fluid evacuation.

Water Level Pressure Switch
This sensor converts pneumatic pressure from the tub into an electrical frequency. If the sensor is calibrated incorrectly or the internal diaphragm is stuck, the control board may fail to recognize that water has been drained even if the pump is functioning correctly.
