Solenoid Valve and Control Box Assembly
Ghost triggering is most frequently caused by a failure in the logic board's comparator circuit, which resides within the solenoid assembly. Moisture ingress or ionic contamination on the circuit board creates parasitic conductive paths that the firmware interprets as a proximity trigger. Replacing the integrated solenoid and control module resets the sensor calibration and restores the environmental seal.
