When current delivery falls below the 2000mA threshold, the internal voltage regulators suffer from thermal instability or voltage sag, leading to a processor halt. This system crash is visually communicated via the LED rings defaulting to red, indicating the DSP is no longer executing its operational loop.

If the power supply is verified as sufficient, a persistent red light indicates a failure of the internal flash memory or a physical defect in the surface-mounted DSP chip.
