1-to-4 Main Wiring Harness
This harness carries the low-voltage communication signals from the handlebars to the controller; mechanical fatigue from steering rotation frequently causes internal fracturing of the signal wires. A break in the RX (receive) or TX (transmit) lines prevents the 'heartbeat' signal between components, triggering the Error 30 lockout. Replacing the harness restores the physical path for the UART communication data.
